Government-built and operated nuclear power plants as the national energy baseline. Modern reactor designs, heavy regulation, rigorous inspection. Energy security is national security.

Private sector free to innovate in fossil fuels, renewables, and emerging technologies within reasonable environmental guardrails. Drill if you want, but don't frack next to a creek.
