Immigration

Total Enforcement, No Exceptions

Workplace Elimination

The primary enforcement mechanism is mandatory E-Verify with biometric verification for every employer in the country. No industry exemptions — agriculture, meatpacking, construction, hospitality, and every other sector complies on the same timeline.

  • Chain liability. General contractors and parent companies are legally responsible for every worker on site regardless of subcontracting layers. Fines start at $50,000 per unauthorized worker. Second offense triggers criminal charges against the individual hiring manager — not the company, the person.
  • Mobile audit teams. Federal verification crews conduct unannounced biometric sweeps at job sites, processing plants, and agricultural operations.
  • Real-time payroll integration. Every payroll cycle cross-references against E-Verify automatically. Mismatches trigger flags.
  • Cash economy enforcement. Demand-side penalties for individuals and businesses using unauthorized cash labor, with financial rewards for reporting.

Legal Immigration — Near Total Halt

  • Immediate moratorium on H-1B, L-1, and OPT visas.
  • Family-based immigration restricted to spouses and minor children only.
  • Diversity visa lottery permanently eliminated.
  • Total annual legal immigration capped at 50,000–100,000. Strictly points-based, tied to verified domestic labor shortages with prevailing wage requirements.

No Agricultural Guest Workers

No seasonal worker programs. No exemptions. American agriculture pays American wages. Farms that raise wages to competitive levels receive a temporary two-year federal wage subsidy. Emergency funding accelerates agricultural robotics. Crops that can't be grown profitably at American wages are imported — we import the product, not the labor.

Deportation

Expedited removal prioritized: criminals first, then existing deportation orders, then recent arrivals, then long-term overstays. Biometric tracking prevents re-entry. Re-entry after deportation is an automatic felony.

Birthright Citizenship Reform

Children born on US soil to unauthorized immigrants do not receive automatic citizenship. The child is deported with the parent. This eliminates the "anchor baby" incentive — coming to America illegally and having a child no longer creates a path to staying. Citizenship is for children of citizens and legal residents only.
